Unknown = 1800 for "year"-attributes. 2 Question

All *year attributes have in Objektkatalog DSS as description, that if unknown, the min value of the attribute should be entered. Means 1800 (because values are possible from 1800 to 2100).
The integrated this rule in the TWW-Project-configuration, two questions:

• Labeling reaches with sia405 definition shows the year of construction. If value is 1800 (means unknown), do we show value 1800 or do we suppress 1800?

Question 2

• Consequently, 1800 should be set as the default value for all year attributes. Right? also in Attribut WBW_Basisjahr and Massnahme.Jahr_Umsetzung_effektiv?
  Means, when creating a query, we have always to think at this unknown value. Example: search all measures that have been realized before 2020. -> * and not 1800.

Otherwise: if the value is NULL, VSA-Checker gives many many mandatory errors...
