Support for Gravitino - planned as Iceberg catalog for Trino?

We have no concrete plans right now. We did however discuss this just yesterday and briefly tested Gravitino. We found it to be relatively limited still.

May I ask a question to you instead? Are you using Gravitino already in production and if so would you be willing to talk to us about your experience?

We're currently discussing what our REST catalog & data catalog story should be and are very interested in real-world feedback.

We plan to store both Sturcutred (via Iceberg) and non structured data (pdfs,videos, images, binary files) in datalakehouse.
We planed to use GVFS and filesets to store metadata of unstructured data.
We want to have a single tech-metadata-catalog for structured and unstructured data. Trino / Starburst will be a query engine.

Thanks. So, for now I'm afraid we have no intermediate plans to integrate Gravitino. As I said though we have just started an investigation into this yesterday.
