BTW, I switched to GitHub Actions shortly after posting this. Travis-CI doesn't seem fit for use with open source projects anymore. This is heartbreaking, but it is nice that GitHub has picked up the slack. |

Travis changed their whole billing model, and I'm not sure if we fit within that model any longer. I've asked for some open source credit, and we'll see if that works.
If not, I'll start moving our CI stuff to GitHub Actions next week.
