Discussion Topic

I'm a member of the AEP (Application Enhancement Proposal) project. We're a group of members from Cruise, Google, Roblox, Databricks, and others establishing an open-source, best-in-class specification for resource-oriented APIs.

One of our theses is that API creators who conform to our standard can get a variety of high-quality API clients for little effort without having to fund an entire team to build those clients. As it stands today, an API that conforms to the AEP standards can get a CLI, Terraform provider, and CRUD UI with zero configuration.

We're interested in adding a generated MCP server to that list of clients. If anyone from the team is interested, we'd love to chat and see where our projects could collaborate together.
