BBC feeds have a grey-placeholder.png. how can I remove it?

BBC articles have this blank image that is always shown when fetching original content. I have tried to remove it using scrap and rewrite rules but I always fail.

This blank image is annoying as, all RSS readers will display it as the main article image.

You can try this rewrite rule: remove("img[src*='placeholder.png']")

Thanks, this worked. If I get it right this is looking through all img elements and removes any src containing placeholder.png. Where can I learn more about this syntax?
