Local Setup Docker Failed

I have to use local setup because I can't dump company's data to any third party.
With local setup shown here: https://github.com/langwatch/langwatch?tab=readme-ov-file#local-setup-

When running docker compose up -d --wait --build got error shown below, not able to launch localhost

Anyone know how to solve this problem?
