Add customized toolbar / groups at specific location

Hi, as mentioned above, I want to add some customized toolbar items or tool bar groups to the specific location in viewer, like(left bottom-green area or right bottom), Now I can add toolbar from topleft(toolbar usage == general), both vertical and horizontal working(red box). What if I want to add a button or group to left bottom, is that possible?
