why from name not working?

i already put my name example "John Doe" in the "From Name" field but why on email received is showing email address as sender name?

You have to check the checkbox that you are using the default email for the From Email field.
BTW, if I remember correctly, for Outlook, it doesn't work, they ignore this field. What email provider are you using?
