Docker Images for older Autoware releases

I am using pixmoving packages with Autoware released in 2023. I know that the docker registry for Autoware has been migrated and older images are not visible to all users. Is it possible to upload the docker images for 2023 releases to https://github.com/autowarefoundation/autoware/pkgs/container/autoware/versions ? I am specifically looking for the 2023.06 release.
