Adding OCI

Working at adding OCI as a provider. I get the following error "Validation failed: The required information to complete authentication was not provided or was incorrect."

All the OCIDs are correct, as are the public and private keys. Ideas?

Hey @ErikAstro I do see the same thing when I try to add an OCI provider. I'm going to dig into this a bit and get back to you.

Weird it failed for me once, now I can't get it to fail maybe I typo'd something.

@ErikAstro are you still running into this? I'd suggest making sure that you don't have any extra newlines in your public/private key that you've copied.

I thought this might have been related to the oci gem version so I opened ManageIQ/manageiq-providers-oracle_cloud#125 but I am getting successful validations on both the new and old versions.
