Hey @p-linnane, I've just updated my brew to Homebrew 6.0.11-21-gdf0164d, and I can confirm brew outdated --greedy now works. However, when running brew upgrade --greedy I still get the same "Error: attempted to use a Downloadable without a URL!" interleaved in the output:
