Description of issue

Trying to update Actual (https://formulae.brew.sh/cask/actual). A new version was just released, and merged to home-brew-cask on GitHub. Website now even shows correct version number but using brew outdated shows nothing. brew list --v confirms I am NOT on the latest release. I am also running brew update but brew is up-to-date.
