Shipped-test: FAIL: no runnable service or deployment target is currently exposed despite API and architecture sections in README.

Activation path:

1. Split into a shippable backend and client codebase (no-op placeholders in current tree) and add explicit manifests (backend/package.json equivalent and deployment descriptors).
2. Add CI deployment output and a public URL under .github/workflows/ci.yml / seed.yaml.
3. Add a documented smoke command in README.md to verify reachable endpoints.
