Add Memcached tests to each test run #4

Currently memcached tests only run on Sqlite. @apollo13 suggested running them on all tests, like the current Jenkins setup does.

This seems worthwhile, lets do this

Or, if we decide not to (it may not be needed), we should document that they only run on sqlite.
