Arma 3 - OptiScaler

Introduction :
Hello, I don't understand what exactly to do and what are the latest technologies in the video world but what I'm trying to do is add more FPS to the Arma 3 ( as anyone who has dealt with this game knows this is the most modded game and you have endles option in it etc.. but the only problem is this game have realy terable fps in hot zones from 20FPS to 50FPS at best in rarest scenario !!! it have a lot AIs and very large kilometer maps ) .

What im understant :
So if I understand correctly I need to activate somehow frame generation so i can add more frames .

The problem :
I start the setup_windows.bat in the folder with arma 3 exe and whichever i choose from chose 1 to 3 crash the game with this error -
everything from 4 to 8 run it but from there i do not understant what to do and how to get to the OptiScaler meny if that possible ( my be i should edit somthing in OptiScaler.ini but i not understant what in addition i read something for changing the button to INS whatever I do has no effect - in game INS button do nothing ) - please somebody make step by step what i should do im realy new to this .
