[Quirks] Disable Nvidia spoofing for God of War 2018

On AMD GPUs (RX 6650 XT in my case), it seems this game has severe performance issues (~25 fps) when dxgi=true is forced. Fortunately it works very well with the AMD rendering path (Nvidia spoofing disabled), and the framerate is easily doubled or tripled.

Hi! What version of OptiScler do I need? I haven't been able to generate frames in that game with any version of the mod (as with all Resident Evil games). Inputting Nvidia (DLSS), ADM (FSR), or Intel (XeSS) also doesn't present any issues. I can use any scaler in the mod with any input in the game menu, but optifg is never enabled in the mod menu. I forced it from the .ini file.
I also have an RX 6000 series.
