So I was going to post this as a bug report on the Issues tab before checking the Wiki and noticing it was already listed as FF Rebirth having "graphical corruptions" when using DLSS with Output Scaling.
I noticed that the cutscene that you can play from the main menu ("The Story So Far") actually causes it to white-screen after it stops playing (You can skip it) every single time, then decided to play around with the Output Scaling settings to see if it did it at 1.00 scaling, which it didn't.
I went back up to the base 1.5x scaling and it corrupts again. To cut a long story short I tried different values and it looks like 1.36 stops it from causing the graphical corruption issues, at least on a base monitor resolution of 3440x1440. Going to 1.37 causes it to white-screen after the cutscene every time. I will update this if it ends up occurring mid-game again but at the moment it seems like it MIGHT be a fix.
I did a tiny bit of testing on 2560x1440 and it seems 1.36 causes a white-screen on startup only (?) It wasn't occurring after the cutscene.
1920x1080 I couldn't get the issue to occur, even with Output Scaling set to 3.00.
I hope this helps anybody else with this issue playing the game.
