Online documentation is out of date vs source documentation

https://github.com/optimizely/nuclear-js/blob/master/docs/src/docs/07-api.md has references to, for example, logAppState which I cannot see anywhere on https://optimizely.github.io/nuclear-js/docs/07-api.html. The last commit to docs appears to have been 4 years ago - it is probably safe to rebuild the online docs from the current source.
