Backend Tests - Remove references to Datastore Error

in "Run Background Tests" section, there is a section that I believe could be removed.

Note that you might see a bunch of lines that just contain [datastore]. While annoying, this is normal. We just haven't figured out how to get rid of them yet. You can follow #14239 to track our progress in fixing this.<

It references a now closed issue #14239 where @seanlip one of the maintainers looked into it and concluded it's no longer happening when running backend tests.

As such, I believe this should be removed for clarity and to avoid confusion!
