Upgrade to ESLint 9 #244
Description
ESLint 9 is a big major version, with significant incompabilities.
We must however upgrade to this major. It could be a great opportunity to discuss again which rules we want to activate (I feel it very weird to have as many customisations as we currently have given there is a community which is here to agree on sets of rules for us).
