o5logon-opencl fails self-tests

o5logon-opencl has been failing or crashing more or less intermittently for some time, on most devices/drivers. With latest changes (merged yet or not) to autotune and self-tests, it seems to fail more often or every time. I have stared at it in the past and again in the last few days but can't find the problem.

Sometimes it's just a self-test failure such as FAILED (crypt_all(1) zero return). Sometimes it crashes, in various places (for example, in set_key when trying to send a partial batch to GPU).

Sometimes it helps pegging LWS to at most 32. On nvidia, that is.

Forcing use of bitsliced AES does not help. Except on MacOS with AMD, where it turns a run time build failure into the same FAILED (crypt_all(n) zero return) that other devices get most of the time.

On AMD Vega it fails even with LWS=GWS=1, which rules out many common bugs.

On CPU devices, I see no problems.

On MacOS w/ Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630, I can't seem to trigger an error (trying various weird LWS/GWS combos).

#5877 made no difference on MacOS (AMD Vega 20 fails self-test) nor on Ubuntu 25.04 POCL (host code fails a transfer and then segfaults).
