Update Settings menu items & features

After selecting 'Settings' from the main menu, the Settings page should include the following:

Settings (shown in header)

• Available profiles listed in select menu, with current profile (or default) selected. Below this select menu, the values in the selected profile are listed and can be updated.
  -- Profile Name
  -- Mesh Network Name
  -- Channel
  -- Mesh Encryption Password
  -- Keys
  --- Current Shared Mesh Keychain
