v2.23 released

Version 2.23 was recently released and will be soon live on osm.org.

The most prominent changes in this release are:

• Significantly faster startup times due to faster indexing of (regional) presets, which is especially relevant since many of those are coming in from the name-suggestion-index.
• Upgraded the tagging schema to version 5, which comes with many new presets and fields, and officially introduces the new colour field type. See the presets changelog for the full list of changes there.
• Comboboxes are even better now: raw tag values can be also entered (and are autocompleted) when localized strings are available for the respective options, and the autocomplete functionality now also works when taginfo service is slow or unavailable.
