- Description of the problem which is fixed/What is the use case
Removed peer-pods configuration handling. Config files are bundled with the rpm package. See #941
This simplifies the overall installation process and operator logic.
- What I did
Removed all the code that related to the config files.
- How to verify it
Use this new version with a new extension image that contains the new rpm package.
- Description for the changelog
daemonset deployment: drop peer-pods config handling
