Sanctioned companies in Switzerland

Would you be open to crawling a list of sanctioned companies banned from sending workers to Switzerland because of past violations of local law? Also, the companies on this list are banned from public procurement in Switzerland.

Note that the data unfortunately gets published in PDF format. Can you extract data from PDF? Which conversion library would you recommend? Or would you be ok with the Python script spawning the format conversion in a subprocess?
