Users currently have to select all files in a group and withdraw them in order to remove a group. That's not burdensome if there are <200 files and they're all in a small number of folders, but if there are >200 files in a folder, the "select all" checkbox is hidden (due to limitations of clusterize.js) and if the files come from multiple output folders, they'll be in multiple folders in the release request, and users will have to go through each one to withdraw them.
Should probably be addressed along with #905, to hide groups with no files.
