Edge runtime tracking issue

Can we have a tracking issue for implementation of the Edge runtime support? It notes in the documentation that it isn't currently supported: https://opennext.js.org/cloudflare/get-started

It seems the old Cloudflare deploy option only support Edge, it has been deprecated, and not this has replaced it but only supports Node. The Cloudflare version may have been deprecated too early, as edge runtime users cannot migrate to this new OpenNextJS version.

This tracking issue will help us know when we can start using NextJS on Cloudflare again.

Is there anything specific you would need from the edge runtime?

If not you can just update your code to run everything on the Node runtime.

I’m told the change to the runtime from 'edge' to 'nodejs' breaks our federatedLogout.

This is because in order to return a NextResponse we need to use the 'edge' runtime.
