Expand PGauge federates to take a peer list #6
Description
Summary
Expand the PGauge federates and execution manager to support the provision of a peer list. This will match the functionality that currently exists in the initially developed WAN test federate where a federate is supplied with a list of peers that are expected to join, and which automatically starts the test when they're all present.
Acceptance Criteria
- PGauge federates will support a peer list, rather than just using a "whoever turns up" approach
- Execution management will be updated such that execution will run automatically once the peers are all present
