Update PGauge throughput test so that all participants are senders/receivers #5
Description
Summary
In the existing PGauge throughput test, federates are either senders or receivers. To more accurately model a real federation, the federate should be updated so that all federates are both senders and receivers.
Port the existing logic from the WAN Test federate into the throughput test to support this and update the reporting to match that present in the test.
Acceptance Criteria
- There will be no more sender/receiver in the throughput test. All federates will be senders and receivers
- The reporting for the throughput test will match that currently present in the initially developed WAN test
