Build an Adapter/Extension for Tribute DAO, a modular DAO framework
Prize Bounty
1000 DAI Token
Challenge Description
The Tribute DAO framework aims to make DAO development easier by balancing a more modular design and an optimistic rollup with the security guarantees of Moloch. Through this approach, DAOs can evolve and teams can work together to rapidly evolve DAOs and their potential use cases.
These improvements are due to the Tribute DAO framework’s upgradeable and modular design. The framework honors the simple, readable code of the initial two versions of Moloch DAOs, while also being more adaptable by using a library of modules that require less repetitive auditing. The codebase is open, extensible, and building adapters for DAO-specific use cases is straightforward.
The framework separates logic between core contracts and different external adapter and extension contracts that can be launched and added as DAOs grow and select new operations.
The challenge is to build out some interesting new external adapter or extensions to the Tribute DAO framework.
Submission Requirements
What constitutes a valid submission to win the prize?
Submissions must be open source, so that judges can review the sources and implementation.
Judging Criteria
Prizes will be awarded to the projects that create a tribute DAO that has a custom or new extension / adapter. Projects must articulate what their DAO adapter or extension does and create a functioning deployment of a Tribute DAO, a video, or a description of what the extensions / adapter would do.
Winners will be decided by the Tribute Labs (formerly known as OpenLaw) team.
$1,000 DAI to the best use of an external adapter or extension.
