Make sure that it is easy for a non-admin to get a copy of the YAML files for the mission (perhaps via the web; perhaps via some kind of automated if hacky git export; who knows) #9

Right now, the YAML files that we embed in the repository are the authoritative ones, is that right?

But if users make changes within the web app to a personal fork of the mission, that's harder to share, is that right?

Since we do at least distribute those authoritative versions, I'd be OK with moving this forward into a different milestone. We should schedule a chat or email thread etc. with upstream to see what their plans are. I remember Sean saying something but am not sure what!
