panchayaths data added from wikidata https://github.com/opendatakerala/mapkerala/blob/master/data/lsgkerala.csv
pending is municipality, corporation and osm data

@naveenpf osm data need more standardize. eg panchayath name. some have with panchayath and some are without. and keeping osm as upstream is not a good idea for now. wikidata have also found some issues like atomic chillu. so first we need to prepare a fork dataset from osm and wikidata and get corrected then, semi automatic updates their also
