UK ECMWF nans

Currently in the ECMWF UK live data there are some nans

1. anything above 60 degrees
2. the last step is all nans

This arent stopping go live, but would be nice to sort.

I think

1. Uk area needs to be reduced to 60
2. ?? not sure check last steps are being filled

Also in India, after >54 hours. This happened becasue the delays is set to 6 hours, but not all files were there until 6.10

@dfulu This what you were referring to? The UK one must be because what I've set the coordinates to be in the app are not quite aligned with what we are getting from ECMWF in live. I'll sort it.
