Make wandb .csvs optional/only best epoch to save space

Validation .csv we save to wandb can be quite heavy, so we might want to make them optional and/or only keep the best n epoch results.

Is this still recent? #280 seems to be connected and looks like there is still some uncertainty about which way to go forward with?
If you already have a strategy to move ahead, I'd be happy to implement it.
