When I click on the "Clock" icon, the options to edit the start/end time and the asterisks appears and the annotation remains collapsed. When I then again click on the clock, the options disappear but the annotation gets expanded. When I then click again on the clock, the annotation gets collapsed and the options to edit the start/end time appear again.

This is highly confusing and different to the behavior when clicking on the "Bubble" icon.

My suggestion: Introduce here the same behavior as in for the "Bubble" icon. Which means:

• First click on "Clock": Options appear and annotation gets expanded.
• Second click on "Clock": Options disappear and annotations stays expanded.
• Third click on "Clock": Options appear and annotation gets expanded.
