Edit cache page - saving options

This is a feature request.
When editing a cache, that page has both fields to enter data (only saved by submitting) and links to additional functionality (like edit description). Any change in the edit cache form will be lost if user accesses additional functionalities. The user does get a warning.

This is a request for the following:

• user has changed data in edit cache fields
• user needs to save and continue editing with additional functionalities

Existing "save" button to submit form changes and return to "edit cache"
New button "Save & view" to submit form changes and return to "view cache"
