Edit cache description - proper return address

One can edit the cache description via the following:

1. edit cache, then edit description
2. edit description (from view cache)

In the first case, after submitting the edit, it is natural to return to the "edit cache" page.
In the second case it would be natural to return to the "view cache" page. Now you are returned to "edit cache". This introduces additional, unnecessary steps for the user.

Proper return address for the second case is "view cache".
