How can someone make a backgroud music by just inputing vocal likewise we generate music for already sung song ?

I think this is possible if we train AI somehow by inputing vocals along with human generated backgroud music with having details like how drums are played i mean to say just input MIDI files of every instrument.

If this is possible then every talented person that can sing (there are so many persons), make there own full songs by just giving input vocal and AI will generate variety of backgroud musics as templates.
For example some apps can generate videos from images and user can select a template from so many templates generated by that app. for example Quik app.
