JBA missing 'temporal lobe' parcellation entity

My students spotted that the JBA is missing a PE - temporal lobe. It is linked as the parent for several PEs, e.g. the 'collateral sulcus', but does not exist as a JSON-LD in the repo.

@lzehl, could you confirm that this is indeed missing? If yes, I can make a PR to add the instance 🙂
