Add bags for license and read the docs.
Read the docs doesn't include Matlab and Python for the moment; they should be created by them.
There will be logos and a readme for Python soon.
We discussed about issue #24 of the Python library.
The OpenMINDS email is not working at the moment, but the Ebrains ticketing system should work for now.
Regarding the naming schema for neuroimaging, we have decided to keep MRI and Radiology for the time being.
We have decided to make the device type optional in the device schema and add more device type instances.
