EPIC: first version of openMCP provider for OCM controllers (v2)

Description
The goal is to start the implementation of a MCP provider for the OCM controllers (v2).

User Story
As a user of MCP and OCM, I want to be able to order the OCM controllers through MCP.

According to @In-Ko, we are currently waiting for the landscaper mcp provider openmcp-project/backlog#25 to be done and mcp service provider api and contract openmcp-project/backlog#24 to at least get started.

Scope
List all deliverables that are part of this epic. The Epic is considered DONE if all of the below mentioned deliverables are available.

• Gather information about MCP providers and how to write one for the OCM controllers
• Start a POC and create respective task items
