Issue: Adopt OCM Website to NeoNephos Layout

Description

The current Open Component Model (OCM) website should be aligned with the NeoNephos website layout and visual identity to ensure a consistent look and feel across the ecosystem. NeoNephos is becoming the umbrella brand, and OCM should visually integrate while preserving its technical content and structure.

Scope

• Update website layout to match NeoNephos (header, footer, navigation, page structure)
• Align styling (CSS/theme) with NeoNephos design system
• Adjust landing page structure to match NeoNephos conventions
• Ensure responsiveness and accessibility remain intact

Non-Goals

• No rewrite of technical content
• No changes to OCM specifications or documentation semantics
• No major information architecture overhaul unless required by layout constraints

Acceptance Criteria

• OCM website visually matches NeoNephos layout and branding
• Existing content renders correctly with no regressions
• Navigation is consistent with NeoNephos patterns
• Site builds and deploys successfully with the new layout

Done Criteria

• Analysis of existing tests (Unit and Integration)
• Unit Tests created for new code or existing Unit Tests updated
• Integration Test Suite updated (includes deletion of existing unnecessary Integration Test and/or creation of new ones if required)

Layout adoption should be closing soon. Ive focused today on fixing up legacy compatibility in old OCM. Im hoping to get this merged by end of this week

layout mostly rebased and fixed up. we have some final accessibility issues to take care of but PR should be ready for review

we just have some final leftovers from dev but we passed a first internal review with some findings that got integrated. still on track for merge till friday

Managed to fix some glitches in the responsivness and also fixed issues in the burger menu. Quite confident that get this merged tomorrow.
