fix results.json creation bug

when using pare_filings scripts (ex: python parse_filings.py 9/1/2020 9/5/2020), an error results when trying to create the results.json file. Not too important because this is the last step and everything else works - could just handle with try/except block if necessary. It also doesn't matter at all for the scheduled runs, because those don't create a results file
