[Feature]: Provide an account to synchronise results across devices.

User Story

I find the results that OONI Probe provides to be useful. However, it utilises network bandwidth and expends battery charge. Consequently, I would like to see on any of my devices when I last ran the probe.

Additional Context

This is solely possible with either an account that synchronises this, or a way to export and import, which the user can synchronise with SyncThing, or similar (Git, perhaps).
