desktop: Remove embedded webviews

Since we're struggling to have a decent embedded webview inside the desktop app, we're instead going to open those websites in an external browser.

Before opening an external browser, we need to show an alert to confirm if the user wants to open that particular URL in an external browser or not. The user can choose to continue, cancel, or continue without us bothering them again about it.
