SLR name change is not propagated to other's highlight&Go instance until cache is reloaded

# Steps to reproduce
Open the same SLR in 2 different user's browsers using Highlight&Go. Then, in one of them, change the name of the SLR.  The other should have the new name also in its Highlight&Go instance, however, as spreadsheets are cached in background, it won't be updated until refresh of extension, refresh of whole database or browser restart occurs.
