There is a Mismatch on the user roles on the staging and the preview web UIs. Where, on the staging server, a SUPERVISOR user group can be assigned 176 User roles while on the preview server, a user group can only be assigned 120 user roles.
This is impacting the users created during sync on the apk (added clients not being seen after sync).
