Hosting the SetupIcon for OmnAIView

The setupIcon is not an issue and works without further problem. As per documentation for this specific iconUrl (only needed for the "Programs" and "Task Manager", needs to be a URL and may not be a file://.

@PhilippTheServer Could you make suggestions where the icon File can be hosted within our infrastructure and point out pros and cons so that we can decide where to put it?
