Good Moorning,

In the 'Navigation by facets' module, an error appears when we configure a single value as a facet.
The screenshot allows you to see what's happening:

Could you do what is necessary please?

Thank you in advance

The "403 (Forbidden)" error suggests that your server will not fulfill the request because it is unable to allow access. This is usually due to a firewall restricting access for some reason. Check with your hosting provider.

That said, you say that the error appears when you "configure a single value as a facet." Does the error appear when there is more than one value in the facet? Does it occur during any other facet interaction?

By putting several values, this does not appear

I can't reproduce this. 403 Forbidden means that you have explicitly been denied the request, so it's bizarre that your server will accept a request with more than one value but will deny a request with exactly one value. The only difference between the two requests is the query string. I would still ask your hosting provider (or sysadmin) why you would be getting a 403 error.

Hello,

After a review about this 403 error.
Our firewall indeed blocked this action, a new rule will be added to our system in order to allow it.

I'll keep you noted how our rule change the behavior.

Best Regards,

It's all good now.

The error was from our rule who blocked all URL lengths > 1000 characters.

After a few adjustments, single facets now work.

Best Regards
