Add a way to dual boot with iso for windows users

For people wanting to use omarchy alongside windows on their laptops (which many come with only a single drive slot)... installation can be very painful. Having to deal with the myriad of archinstall script issues, limine config troubles and just the manual installation of arch not being for everyone in general...

Hence why, I request for you all add a way to dual boot Omarchy from the ISO, specifically on a single drive. This would significantly increase its viability for people who can't leave Windows due to unsupported apps/games. You can maybe also add in a Graphical Installer (Calamares) later on to make the "onboarding" easier.

I am working on this now in fact! I plan to have my initial PR ready in the omacon-io/omarchy-configurator repo by the end of day tomorrow (or if something pops up at least by the end of the weekend, as I plan on using it myself to install Omarchy on my recently redone system). I will reference it here once that is ready!

I was able to get Omarchy installed on my system with dual boot via my changes! However, it did have a bunch of issues which may have been the result of my changes, or just weird side-effects of using Ventoy with it and the live debugging I was doing. In any case, I need to do some testing before I open my PR, which I have not yet had the chance to do! I hope to get to it soon.
